Our Story

Rooted in a neighborhood that feels like home.

Solid Grounds started with a simple idea: what if a coffee shop felt less like a pit stop and more like a place you actually wanted to stay? We opened our doors on Texas 6 with that question still driving us.

We source our beans from roasters who treat coffee as a craft, not a commodity. Our pastries come from local kitchens. Our regulars know our names, and we know theirs. It's not a gimmick — it's just what happens when you show up consistently and care about the small things.

Whether you're a Aggie starting an early study session, a neighbor grabbing a morning routine, or someone who just stumbled in and is glad they did — there's a seat for you here.
